Financial Counselling Australia (FCA) is the national peak body for the financial counselling profession. We do not offer direct memberships for individual financial counsellors.
Individual financial counsellors belong to their State or Territory financial counselling association, which provides accreditation, professional standards, supervision, continuing professional development and day-to-day support for practitioners.
FCA works closely and collaboratively with all the State and Territory associations on areas where a shared national approach adds value. In line with our Constitution, this includes working together to maintain high professional standards and developing resources, guidance and nationally consistent professional infrastructure used across the country.
