FCA updates its priorities on an annual basis. Our current strategic plan has 5 goals:

1. Build and support the profession
2. Increase access to financial counselling
3. Coordinate the National Debt Helpline
4. Raise the profile of financial counselling
5. Advocate for fair treatment
